Why do you use beef tallow?
Because it's how crackers were made before industrial seed oils took over. Beef tallow gives Pedro Pan its richer flavor, better crunch, and a fat profile your body actually recognizes. Real fat. Real food.
Are these seed oil free?
100%. No canola, no sunflower, no soybean, no vegetable oil. We use grass-fed beef tallow exclusively.
Are Pedro Pan crackers gluten free?
No — they're made with wheat flour. We don't make a glutenfree version currently, but it's on our list.
What's the shelf life?
About 90–120 days from production. Because we don't use preservatives or oxidized seed oils, the shelf life is shorter than mass-market crackers. We doubt they'll last that long in your house.
What allergens should I know about?
Contains wheat. Made in a facility that also processes [TBD]. Not vegan or vegetarian (beef tallow).
